Yes, you can cancel your order before the traveler purchases it with their own funds, if the deal method is 'By Traveler'. If the deal method is 'By Shopper', you can cancel the order before making the payment.

Dell Method is the agreement method between the shopper and the traveler. We recommend using Dell Method 'by the traveler' in this case, where the traveler will purchase the order using their own funds. There is also a Dell Method 'by the shopper', where the shopper will purchase the order using their own funds from one of the global stores and ship it to the traveler.

There could be several reasons why you haven't received any delivery offers from travelers. Some of these reasons include:

• Your order may not be allowed in your country or the traveler's country. You can check our list of prohibited items in our articles Prohibited Items!
• The number of travelers to your country may not be enough, or the date you want to receive your order may not be suitable for them.
• The size or weight of your order may be too large or heavy to fit in a travel bag.

To increase your chances of receiving offers, you can:

• Try to make the product size and weight suitable for placing it in a travel bag.
• Try to ensure that the arrival date of the product is sufficient for travelers to receive it.
• Do not request any items on the list of prohibited or restricted items in your country or the traveler's country.

You can change the delivery method to "Deliver Method by Shopper" if you wish, but we recommend that you check the traveler's profile and the reviews of other shoppers on it.

• It depends on the method you chose to execute your order. If you chose the Deal Method 'By Traveler' and the traveler accepted your order, you would need to pay the amount shown to you, and there are no hidden fees. The amount includes the product price, tax, shipping fees, or payment processor if available, in addition to the app fee and the Traveler's reward. Once you have successfully paid, the Traveler will be notified that you have paid the agreed-upon amount in the order, and they will use their own funds to purchase the product and deliver it to you. The invoice will not be released to the Traveler's account until you receive your product and confirm it.

• If the Shopper chooses the Deal Method, 'By Shopper', you will purchase the product and ship it to the Traveler from your own funds. You will pay the app fee and the agreed-upon Traveler's reward. The Traveler's reward will not be released until you confirm receiving your order.

• The estimated time after the Traveler arrives in your country is 48 to 72 hours for them to contact you to arrange a place and time to meet. It is preferred to keep in touch through Traverler Deals chat.

• After you meet the traveler, and we recommend that this is done in a public place, receive your order and confirm receiving it by scanning the QR code for your order from the Traveler's mobile phone. Then the amount will be released to the Traveler's account. We recommend that you rating the Traveler, and this rating will be visible to all members of our community and will help other people, also the Traveler can rating their experience with you as well.

Expect the traveler reward to range from 9% to 25%, depending on the product price.
• Traveler Deals fees: We collect a service fee from the shopper for each completed transaction. These fees help us develop our platform and continue to provide service and support, in addition to other expenses. You will not pay any fees if the transaction is not completed.

When your order is accepted by one of the travelers, you can track the status of your order by clicking on 'Order' from the navigation bar, then clicking on your order card. You will be taken to a tracking page where you will find the stages your order will go through from the moment you placed your order until you receive it

The traveler's reward is estimated as a percentage of the product price, ranging from 9% to 25%. If you are willing to give the traveler a higher reward, you can include a message in the notes section when creating the order, telling travelers that you are willing to increase the reward amount and they will send you an offer for the amount you wrote in the notes.
